Registration

1.  What are the registration 

Effective March 1, registration is $185.00.
On-site registration is 210.00 (effective June 2)

2.  What does the ticket cover?

a.    A ticket at the full rate for the entire lectureship grants full access (Workshops, General Sessions, Banquet)
b.    A ticket purchase for an event only grants access to that event alone

3.  Do children have to register?

There are no sessions or workshops specifically geared to youth under age 12.  Young Soldiers is a brand new program for youth ages 12-18, but they must be signed up through their local congregation prior to arrival. There are no on-site registrations for the Young Soldiers program.

4.  Can I get a refund for my registration?

Registration fees are nonrefundable; however, you can elect to transfer your registration to another person that may want to attend the lectureship. Simply send an email to questions@cocnl.com with your request.

5.  How do I register if I reside out of the continental United States?

If you reside outside of the United States you will not be able to register online. Instead you must download the registration form, complete it and mail it along with a certified check or money order. The same deadlines will apply, Click Here to complete the form.  

6.  Is there a day rate pass?

Day rate passes may be made available based upon availability. At this time we are not offerings day rate passes.

7.  Where is the location of the Lectureship?

8.  How much is parking at the hotel?

Parking at the Marriott Marquis is as follows
a. $4/hr
b. $20/day
c. Valet $35/day
d. Peachtree Center MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority – accessible from Red or Gold lines)

9.  How will I know how to get around the hotel?

have a hospitality committee with greeters in place at various locations throughout the hotel to help guide you.

Transportation

10.  Will there be transportation from the airport? 

No official shuttle service has been contracted to transport participants from the airport to the hotel, however transportation from the airport to the hotel is quick and easy using Atlanta’s MARTA Rail system (see transportation link below for details on using MARTA)
National Lectureship volunteers will be available at the airport to direct lectureship attendees from the airport to the hotel using the Marta rail system on Saturday and Sunday.

Events

11.  When is the banquet?

The banquet is Thursday, June 8th at 6:30pm – 9:30p

12.  How much is the banquet?

The banquet is $75 for non-registered lectureship attendees. (If you purchased a full access General Lectureship ticket, this event is already included) * The Young Adults Lectureship ticket get access to the All White Social (held on Sun. June 4) in lieu of the banquet.

13.  When is the Young Adult All White Social Event?

The Young Adult All White Social Event is Sunday, June 4, 7:30 – Midnight

14.  How much is the All White Social Event?

All White Social Event Tickets (For Young Adults and Singles under age 50) is $50 for non-registered lectureship attendees.
All White Social Event is included in the Young Adults Lectureship registration

15.  When is the concert?

The concert will be held at the hotel on Saturday June 3 at 6:30pm

16.  How much is the concert?

Ages 7 & Under – free
Ages 8-17
Concert Only: $9
Festival & Concert Package: $15
18 Years +
Concert Only: $12
Festival & Concert Package: $20

17.  When is the Festival?

The Festival will be held Saturday, June 3 from 11a – 3p
at the Georgia World Congress Center International Plaza

18.  How much is the Festival?

Ages 7 & Under – free
Ages 8-17
Festival Only: $9
Festival & Concert Package: $15
Onsite 2 – Event Package Pricing $20

18 Years +
Festival Only: $12
Festival & Concert Package: $20
Onsite 2 – Event Package Pricing $30

Limited tickets are available for Festival.  Onsite (day of event) tickets will only be offered based on availability. Any tickets sold at the Festival venue must be purchased with cash only.

19.  When is the College Fair?

The College Fair will be held inside at Georgia World Congress Center from
10a – 2p Saturday, June 3

20.  How much is the Ladies Luncheon Ticket?

The Ladies Luncheon Ticket is $55. This is not included in the Lectureship registration.

21.  Can I exchange my Banquet ticket for the Ladies Luncheon ticket?

No. Banquet tickets and Ladies Luncheon tickets are not interchangeable. While the cost of the banquet ticket is covered as part of the lectureship registration fee, the Ladies’ luncheon is an optional activity, requiring additional registration. Tickets to the Ladies Luncheon are $55/person and are available for purchase at www.cocnl.com/web/ladies-luncheon/

22.  Are any of the events free and open to the public?

The College Fair on Sat. June 3rd is free and open to the public.

Vendors

23.  I am a vendor when and where do I set up? Who will I report to?

The Vendor Expo setup begins on Saturday morning, June 3rd at 9:00am. The daily Vendor’s Market schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 9:00am – 10:00pm. There will be a diagram published and a vendor representative will inform you of your location at the Vendor Expo.

24.   I would like to become a vendor, what do I need to do and how much does it cost?

All vendors must complete the vendor application on the cocnl.com website and the cost is $300.00 March 1 – May 15, 2017 vendor registration comes with one table. Additional tables available upon request, for further inquires please email vendors@cocnl.com

Volunteer Opportunities

26.  Are there any volunteer opportunities to serve the 73rd National Lectureship?

Yes. Volunteers are needed and welcomed to assist with the lectureship. Volunteer opportunities are open to local Atlanta area church members. Refer the volunteer page on our website under opportunities.
